CUSTOMER PORTAL MAKES EASY TO ACCESS YOUR PLI/RPLI ACCOUNTS

The steps to create PLI profile in customer portal are as below:

Step 1: Open the URL http://www.indiapost.gov.in/

Step 2: Go to the middle of the page where Postal Life Insurance Option is available

Step 3: Click on Customer Option

Step 4: Then it will be redirected to the Postal Life Insurance Portal i.e. to the URL https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/

Step 5: Register PLI Account along with your email id and mobile no

Step 6: One confirmation mail will be sent to the email id.

Step 7: Reset password and then access PLI Account.
